On this Good Friday, markets are closed but Business for Breakfast was still live with several special guests.  Co-founder of a tech diet app, Mark Springer, discussed how the new app works.  Carl and Klein Real Estate Team Renae Klein and Carl Pavilonis discussed their team.  Just in time for Easter, CEO of Eggland's Best, Charles Lanktree, discussed the differences between eggs and egg history.  It was the final contest for Refuge Cafe in Stump the Chumps and $100.00 dollars was given out.  Finally, in the Business Leaders Spotlight was Mark Candaleria, owner of Canderlaria Design.

Ken and Mark today had six guests for a full day of interviews crammed into two hours.  Starting it out was Dr. Travis Stork, former Bachelor, and host of The Doctors along with Dr. Lana Frantzen, a nutrition expert.  They discussed the importance of dairy in our diet.  Then Tech Expert, Nancy A. Shenker on baby boomers needing to learn to be tech-savvy.  Scott Fink from Hyundai and the Hope On Wheels program on its 20th Anniversary of giving to children's charities that deal with cancer.  CEO of FilterSnap, Shane Kenny, talked about his unique delivery service.  Joe Capitano, Homeowners Financial stopped in to discuss market activity and then Economist Brian Riedl rounded out the show talking about how Congress failed because it didn't read the entire spending bill they passed.

Today on B4B, Mark and Ken talked with Todd Pawlik from Cadillac live at the NY International Auto Show with all the latest offerings.  Then from the USDA, Luis Delgadillo, on how to make sure those eggs for Easter baskets don't go bad and how to make sure your Passover and Easter meals are safe from food poisoning.  No winner today in Stump the Chumps so on Friday it's worth $100 dollars to Refuge Cafe.  In the Biz Leaders Spotlight was Mike Albee of the Albee Law Firm.

Today on the morning show, Ken and Mark, heard from Mortgage expert Mike Tizzano regarding how much a person can actually afford when buying a home.  Then from lowcards.com, Bill Hardekopf, discussing the Feds rate hike and how it affects credit cards.  Joining them in the studio today was John Strawn, GM of Refuge Cafe talking about their two Valley locations.  Solar Sandy stopped by and then David Hoosier from E.A.R.N. or Educational Assistance Resources Network and what they're all about.

Today Bob Costantini from Westwood One from our nation's Capitol discussing issues of the day.  Next was Scott Paul, Alliance for American Manufacturing regarding the recent tariffs that are creating jobs.  Courtney Nelson from Goodwill AZ about an upcoming hiring fest statewide.  We had our first winner on Stump the Chumps contest for a $50 dollar gift card to Refuge Cafe.  In the Biz Leaders Spotlight was Ken Johnson, ambassador for MuscleKingz talking about this weekend's car show and concert to benefit charity.

Mark was off today so Doreen stepped in with Ken Morgan for the morning show.  On the show today was Al Angrisani a company turnaround expert talking about the latest in a long line of retail bankruptcies and predictions for big box stores.  Then Author and Adventurer, Joe Wilkins, about his new book called, "Gates of the Arctic National Park; Twelve Years of Wilderness Exploration."  Author Hilarie T. Hamm talked about her new book called, "Billions Lost."  It deals with the tech industry and the loss of jobs in that field.  During Stump the Chumps, Ken got his answer wrong so the first contestant automatically won $100 in gift cards to Taco Guild.  In the Biz Leaders spotlight was Isaac Kahn with an upcoming charity event and finally from the Arizona Chamber of Commerce, John Ragan, on the latest program launch called InvisionAZ.

Today on B4B, CSF Chair Rich Polimeni talked about the College Savings Fund visiting Phoenix.  Then Greg McBride of Bankrate.com talked about the results of this week's Fed Meeting.  Solar Sandy stopped by to talk about going solar before electric rates increase.  Joe Capitano, Homeowners Financial, discussed a new kind of loan Fannie Mae has announced and finally Ellie Hollander, President of Meals on Wheels America regarding the senior population's lack of proper meals and nutrition.

Today on Business for Breakfast, Career and Life Coach, Jennifer Longmore discussed a survey showing 78% of Americans are living paycheck to paycheck.  Catherine Collinson from Transamerica Center for Retirement Studies talked about their new survey that highlights the challenges women face in achieving a secure retirement.  Lou Leonard rounded out the first hour discussing Earth Hour this Saturday night.  It's when the world turns off electricity at 8:30 pm PT.  No winner in today's contest so $100 to Taco Guild is on the line for Friday's contest.  And finally, in the Biz Leaders Spotlight was Shane Alexander owner of Alexander Building.
